About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Bag Jam game and this website, provided by Bag Jam (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to bagjam@appbird.ai.

Who can play

Follow the age requirements applicable to the game and your region. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement yourself, use the service only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases by a minor where required. An app store age rating is not permission to bypass local age or consent rules.

Using the game

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment under the applicable app store license. For the iOS application, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom EULA is expressly supplied through the App Store. These service terms do not replace that license or restrict uses it expressly permits, including applicable Family Sharing rights. The game, artwork, characters, and other content remain owned by us or our licensors.

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, exploit bugs to obtain items unfairly, distribute cheats, or attempt unauthorized access. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Purchases and virtual items

The game may offer optional purchases such as coins, boosters, or bundles. The app store shows the price before you confirm payment. Virtual items are licensed for use in the game, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside features we expressly provide.

Consumable items are used as you play and may not be restorable after use, deletion of local data, or a device change. Do not assume that purchases or progress will transfer between devices or platforms. Contact support if you have a problem with delivery.

Apple processes App Store purchases. Refund requests are subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies; you can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Only confirm a purchase you are authorized to make. The product description and confirmation screen identify what you are buying, its price, and any stated duration or usage limits. A timed benefit is different from permanent ownership. Nothing on this website promises that a bundle removes ads unless that benefit is explicitly included in the actual offer.

Ads and availability

Some versions or features may include ads. Rewarded ads, where offered, require successful completion as reported by the ad service. Ad availability is not guaranteed. The game’s features and content may change with updates, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of deleted local progress.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled and how to contact us about privacy choices.

Agreeing to these terms does not itself provide consent to tracking or other processing that requires a separate choice.

Suspension and responsibility

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address material misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or serious violations of these terms. Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will explain the action and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error. You may stop using the service at any time.

We do not promise that every device, network, or third-party service will always work without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude additional implied warranties and liability for indirect or unforeseeable losses. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Your mandatory rights to a conforming digital product, remedies, and refunds remain in place.

Changes to features, suspension, or discontinuation do not remove any legal remedies you have for purchased content or undelivered items.

Apple’s terms

Use of the iOS app is also subject to applicable Apple terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple is not responsible for our game support. These terms supplement and do not override mandatory app store terms.

Resolving concerns

Please contact support so we can try to resolve a problem. This does not require you to give up access to courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive collective-action rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes when required. Applicable mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence remain in effect. Contact us at bagjam@appbird.ai.

We will not apply changes retroactively to remove rights you already have. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent they can lawfully operate without it. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
